Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting in identifying training needs to bridge skill gaps.
- Organizing induction programs for new recruits.
- Supporting with training logistics and record-keeping.
- Evaluating training feedback and ROI for reporting.
- Preparing staff communications on learning initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or HR professional qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/power BI for data analysis.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in ERP (Oracle Learning Module) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
