Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in the general trade channel.
- Manage and coach a sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and retail partners for maximum sales opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities in the general trade channel.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and distributors for mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in Modern trade or FMCG industry preferred.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
