Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining and enhancing your Google My Business presence.
- Efficiently handling SMS and email communications within your CRM for customer engagement.
- Providing detailed monthly reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Timely response to inquiries and interactions on social media.
- Full-spectrum management of your e-commerce platform.
- Hosting sessions to educate on effective Google My Business use.
- Strategically planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Qualifications in online social media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong creative and design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in a similar capacity in a corporate environment would be an added advantage.
