Job Description
Job Role:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding, selecting top-tier talent.
- Lead employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage performance evaluations for employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Identify and implement training needs with management.
- Promote fair trade and ethical practices.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum 10 years HR experience, 5 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Sri Lanka’s labour laws.
- Proven success in HR strategy implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead HR initiatives independently.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Passion for promoting fair trade and ethical practices.
