Job Description
- Conduct market research to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities, and threats.
- Coordinate with lines and counterparts in planning the most appropriate route after considering all relevant information.
- Provide feedback received from customers through customer surveys and one-to-one interviews.
- Strengthen relationships with customers through regular visits and appropriate entertainment to improve customer retention.
- Review own performance by evaluating visit plans, action plans, target reports, etc.
- Provide/share information to internal and external stakeholders in an accurate, consistent, and timely manner.
- Ensure service quality consistency by following standard operating processes/procedures and driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by introducing changes throughout the organization.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
