Job Description
Steel Manufacturing company seeks a Manager- QA/QC for Katunayake zone.
Responsibilities:
- Lean and Six Sigma, DMAIC, Quality Circles.
- Development and control of Manuals, Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, Specifications.
- Planning and execution of inspections.
- Internal audits covering ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Supporting external audits on IMS and ICC.
- Involvement in design and development.
- Conducting validation programs.
- Risk analysis and opportunities, Aspect and Impact analysis.
- Improvement Projects (CI, Kaizen, 5S).
Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Quality Management, IRCA Lead Auditor.
- Lean / Six Sigma / Green Belt certified.
- Minimum 10 years experience in similar role.
- Within 15 km from Katunayake.
