Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analysis to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to configure, customize, and implement ERP solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption and maximize utilization of the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and recommend enhancements to align with organizational goals.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on ERP functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements and manage change requests effectively.

Qualifications:

• Following or completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
