Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. In this role, you’ll be a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the direction of our software development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex, scalable, and high-quality software systems
- Lead technical discussions and solve complex software problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and write well-documented, maintainable code
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software development experience in a senior-level role
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Golang, Java, C++, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience in building and scaling distributed systems
