Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Trainee Cloud Support Engineer in Colombo. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, technical support, system administration, network security, and networking. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless cloud services operation and meet client technology requirements.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Technical Support, System Administration
- Microsoft Solution Stack knowledge (M365, O365, Azure)
- Network Security and Networking expertise
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective teamwork skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Relevant technology certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AZ900, MS900) are advantageous
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
