- Assess leads based on criteria.
- Determine interest for further engagement.
- Follow up with leads via various channels.
- Chase leads systematically.
- Maintain professionalism in interactions.
- Record lead information in CRM.
- Ensure timely updates for efficient tracking.
- Analyze lead engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with counseling team for lead transfer.
- Provide background info for effective engagement.
- Check post-transfer support by counselors.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Fresh Graduates or Individuals with Up to One Year of Experience.
- Excellent Communication and Interaction Skills.
