Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients within the public sector, including government agencies.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the public sector.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual agreement and satisfaction.
• Track and report sales activities and progress against targets regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in IT hardware for the public sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of public sector landscape and relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
