Role Description:
Full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, responsible for daily hospital operations, staff management, workflow, inventory, and policy implementation. Based in Wattala, coordinating closely with the management team.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Healthcare operations management experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field
- Previous similar role experience preferred
