Job Description
The Job
- Define, discuss, and implement a test approach for testing multiple products/services.
- Define QA strategy, approach, and execution in software projects.
- Analyze system requirements and drive testing activities.
- Create test plans, perform testing to ensure quality customer care and billing systems.
- Report defects and implement user requirements.
- Develop and improve automated tests, monitor work schedules for timely delivery.
- Prepare QA test environments, verify deployment process, drive best practices adoption.
- Continuously monitor software quality, mentor new QA team members.
The Person
- BSc. in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong communication, technical, and management skills.
- Good analytical and debugging skills, solid knowledge of QA concepts.
- ISTQB/Oracle Certified preferred.
