Key Responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience in Executive Research & Development in Textile.
- Collaborate with teams to identify trends in the textile industry.
- Optimize manufacturing processes using textile expertise.
- Forecast trends and develop strategies based on fashion industry data.
- Prepare proposals for external parties and analyze research results.
- Manage new product development and ideation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven success in textile research and development roles.
- Strong technical knowledge in textile materials and product development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and commitment to sustainability.
