Job Description
Assist in managing the hotel chain’s online sales platforms (OTA Platforms and Direct Website booking engine), ensuring accurate listings and competitive pricing to drive bookings.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, chat, or phone and convert them into bookings.
Support the digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to increase online traffic and conversions.
Help monitor performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated through e-commerce channels to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
Collaborate with various departments within the hotel chain, including revenue management and sales to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with overall business operations.
Stay informed about industry trends and assist in implementing innovative approaches to enhance the hotel chain’s online presence and competitiveness.
