Job Description
Job Duties
- Reduce electrical engineering downtime
- Improve electrical energy saving
- Execute approved CapEx related to electrical engineering
- Maintain HSE compliance rate above 90%
- Achieve electrical energy of 16 kWh/KPC
- Reduce rejection by 10% at auto stripper
- Improve glove layering of stacking machine
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong innovation ability
- Results-oriented with strong customer focus
- Demonstrated initiative and independence
- Lateral thinking and drive for innovation
- Effective team player with good relationship-building skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Pspice, and MS software
