Job Description
As a Tour Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers worldwide. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing top-notch travel solutions, and exceeding expectations while achieving sales targets for Traworlux.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service OR Diploma/Degree in tourism/hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Outgoing personality with strong negotiation and PR skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
