Job Description
THE ROLE
As a Senior Executive – Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying corporate opportunities, developing strategic plans, and expanding partnerships to enhance revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Conduct market research and reach out to potential clients
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Track sales performance metrics and offer improvement suggestions

THE CANDIDATE
- Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience
- Proven success in closing corporate deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel as needed
