Position: Call Center Supervisor
Supervisor – Recovery Contact Centre
Location: Rajagiriya
The Call Centre Supervisor will be responsible for handling recovery outbound customer calls efficiently, managing collections, and overseeing efforts to recover outstanding payments in the Call Centre portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and recovery-related issue solving
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and supervise high call volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Oracle applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive team player attitude
