Job Description

Prepare journal entries for international subsidiaries, adhering to local GAAP and IFRS standards.

  • Process various accounting functions, including accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, payroll processing, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns for international operations.
  • Support the international payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
  • Conduct global payroll reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly review files and perform variance analysis to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Assist with statutory audits.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the international accounting function.
  • Assist with various accounting projects as assigned.
