Job Description

As a Social Media – Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. This position demands a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing channels, including influencer marketing and paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy Development:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
   • Identify opportunities for online growth and stay abreast of industry trends.
2. Online Campaign Management:
   • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
   • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, considering key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Content Marketing:
   • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and shareable content for digital channels.
   • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
4. Social Media Management:
   • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms, engaging with followers and fostering community participation.
   • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly.
5. Paid Advertising:
   • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
   • Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize for key metrics.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
   • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including influencer marketing and paid advertising.
