We are seeking a dedicated Partner Service Assistant to join our team at Mind Plus. As a Partner Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our partners, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Assist partners with onboarding process and platform navigation.
- Work closely with the partnership team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Provide timely responses to partner inquiries via email and phone.
- Document and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
