About The Job
@Uptime provides white label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs, offering the opportunity to expand services for customers. This position involves collaborating with a leading UK based MSP, providing further training for technical growth. Living in Colombo is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Delivering 2nd Line support to SME clients, acting as a crucial escalation point. MSP background is preferred. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
Skills
- MS Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019.
- Microsoft 365.
- Azure & Azure AD.
- MS Exchange 2010 and above.
- Networking – VLAN’s, Routers / Bridging.
- Security – Firewalls like SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco.
- Endpoint protection, AV, Security best practices.
- Virtualisation – Hyper V & VMware.
- Backups.
