Job Description

Company Description: Tovatrix is a highly dedicated agile-based team in Colombo, focused on scaling up projects to deliver high-value viable solutions using the best technologies available.

Role Description: This is a contract role that involves providing technical support, analyzing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is a hybrid role based in Colombo with some remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline agents seeking technical assistance.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document all technical inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to enhance frontline agents’ ability to resolve customer issues independently.
