Job Description
Responsibilities:
📘 Oversee the development and execution of scalable, high-quality software solutions using PHP & Laravel frameworks.
📘 Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying emerging technologies & trends relevant to our industry.
📘 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
📘 Review and manage merge requests, ensuring coding standards adherence.
📘 Foster operational excellence and enhance efficiency.
📘 Stay abreast of loT and environmental data technologies for product enhancement.
📘 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications:
📗 15+ years of full stack software development experience with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
📗 Proficient in developing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
📗 Experience in working with local & remote teams and leading virtual teams.
📗 Proficiency in Vue.js, React Native, and front-end development principles.
📗 Knowledge in loTs, environmental data, Vue.js, React Native, and Gitlab is a plus.
📗 Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
